Reviving Folk Art of the V4 Countries through the Development of the Creative Industry

Short description of the project:

Building on the traditional folk costumes of the four Visegrad countries, the project reinterprets them through the creative industry.

It includes an international conference and linked workshop, three two-day workshops in partner countries, an online conference, and the creation of a joint virtual publication.

The two-day sessions provide an opportunity to learn about each country’s folk costumes, initiate design processes, and develop the methodology for these processes. The results will be documented for publication, and the designs and products created during the program will be presented digitally.
